Gate-N-Go has ended but you can still benefit from pre-registering early!  When you pre-register, you can cruise up toward Gate 3 and turn right onto Bryn Mawr Road and someone will hand you your entry credentials (look for signs). This is our first truck, and the timing is perfect with the anniversary of the Dodge Adult Toys campaign turning 50 this year. What better truck to replicate than a 1978 Dodge Power Wagon with the Macho Package? We love creating our annual die-cast offering, but this one is truly special. We already had the Power Wagon fully designed and ready for production when we found out that our long-time friend, Marc Rozman, had passed. Marc was a dyno operator at Chrysler, freelance photographer, friend to EVERYONE in the automotive hobby and a serious die-cast collector. Marc could be found at dozens of car shows each year and always with his camera around his neck. Since we didn’t have time to replicate the red ’69 Charger that Marc is known for, we put Marc and his trademark camera hanging out the window of the Power Wagon on the packaging along with a little tribute.

There are no pre-orders, no shipping and you can’t buy these at Walmart. You can only get them at the Carlisle Store in Building T. Production is limited to just 1,000 pieces and sales are limited to six (6) die-cast per person. The last several years sold out early so be sure to get yours right away!

 

It’s been 5 years since Joe was at Carlisle and he has been the number one most requested guest the last couple of years. We listened and we’re bringing back the lead mechanic from MotorTrend TV’s Garage Squad! Joe is a pretty serious Mopar guy. Joe will be here all weekend (Friday through Sunday) to meet fans and talk cars.

We’ve been to his shop a couple of times and there are about a dozen Mopars throughout the building. You’ve probably seen his blown alcohol ’69 Daytona Pro Mod. He also has a blown alcohol ’68 GTX, a General Lee, a couple of E-Bodies, a twin turbo big block wagon that’s under construction and more. Another car that’s under construction is a Daytona (clone) drag car for his wife. Yes, they are a Mopar-loving, drag racing family!

Claudia was Miss Direct Connection in 1984 but she’s probably more popular now than ever! She’s also one of the most fun celebrities we’ve ever worked with. As you probably know, each year she has a different poster that she signs and gives away for FREE to every attendee who wants one. What you might not know is that other than the first poster, which was a replica of the 1984 poster, all of the subsequent posters have been made from photoshoots done onsite at the event.

It all began when we asked Claudia and Cristy Lee if they would be willing to ride on a pair of Richard Petty lawn mowers on a trailer being towed by a Superbird. Yeah, you read that right. Both ladies immediately agreed and the photo seen here shows how much fun they had. Every year, Claudia teams up with Brenda Walls and her crew for a unique and fun photoshoot. Paul Rossi will be on hand all weekend with at least one of his Challengers to meet fans, sign autographs, pose for photos, chat about racing and more. Paul Rossi is quite an accomplished racer…and in more than one series! Paul made a name for himself in drag racing in the ‘60s and ‘70s. Then he became a successful Chrysler road racer in the ‘80s and ‘90s with the Eagle Talon.

Beyond his racing success, Paul was instrumental in the development of many advancements in racing and the automotive industry. If you’re not familiar with Paul, his accomplishments could fill a book. While we’re not aware of any books on Paul’s life and achievements, there IS an 8-part series in Chrysler Power magazine that spans from 2017 to 2019. It’s well worth the read and you’re almost guaranteed to learn something about Paul. He has done a great deal for the hobby and the industry.

Nick Panaritis of Nick’s Garage on YouTube will be at the Chrysler Nationals for all three days of the event. You can meet Nick, get his autograph or even pick his brain. Nick is a wealth of knowledge and he puts out videos on YouTube that are actually useful and helpful.

You’ll find Nick at the show with about 5 or 6 cars on display in and around his tent. Nick’s channel covers mostly mechanical issues but he also talks about production numbers, factory options, etc. The coolest part is that you can talk directly to Nick at the show. Whatever your Mopar interests are, Nick is a very knowledgeable guy and definitely worth meeting at the show.

Our great friends at The McCandless Collection are once again hosting Buddy Martin in their amazing display that resides within the Midway and the Showfield. Buddy will be hanging out Friday and Saturday in The McCandless Collection tent where he loves meeting fans, signing autographs and taking photos. Herb McCandless has been flying the Mopar flag since 1965 when he purchased a ’65 Hemi Belvedere 4-speed to race in Super Stock. Sox & Martin signed him in 1968. Since then, he has been one of the best drivers and one of the sharpest minds in the Pentastar camp. All of us Mopar fans are blessed to have Herb share his knowledge with anyone who will listen. Herb always conducts an official seminar or Q&A at Carlisle, but the reality is, any time you talk to Herb, Q&A is always an option.

He’s truly one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to Mopar mechanicals and he’s ALWAYS willing to share that knowledge. Herb could probably fix any Mopar, new or old. He definitely knows big blocks, small blocks and Hemis, but he’s also a whiz with Forward Look cars and he’s done several 3^rd Gen Hemi swaps. The point is, in addition to meeting fans and signing autographs, Herb is always open to technical conversations. If you know more than Herb, please contact us so we can schedule you to conduct a seminar next year 😉

Celebrate America, 60 years of the Charger and a record-breaking run with the VA250, a hand-built interpretation of a 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona built by Joey Arrington of Arrington Manufacturing. The goal was to run 250 miles per hour in honor of America’s 250th year and they exceeded that goal. In addition to the car, Joey Arrington and some of his team will be on-site along with a racing simulator and they will be here all weekend (Friday-Sunday).

The Arrington name has been synonymous with NASCAR for decades. Buddy Arrington was the last driver to run a Chrysler product in NASCAR, which he did until 1985. His son Joey became quite an accomplished NASCAR engine builder and provided many engines in the NASCAR Truck Series as well as the Cup Series when Dodge returned to NASCAR in 2001.

Join us as we celebrate 50 years of the Dodge Aspen and Plymouth Volare with a special Showfield display. We’re looking for some really cool examples to feature in a tent and we want to complement that with a huge gathering on the Showfield. For the tent display, in addition to standard issue Aspens and Volares, we’re looking for a Super Coupe, Road Runner, R/T, Kit Car, Sport Wagon, etc. as well any fleet versions like a police car, taxi, etc.

The auto industry went through major changes in the early ‘70s, but Ma Mopar did a really good job of offering basic transportation then adding some spice to make those same models pretty exciting. That whole era relied heavily on graphics and other appearance enhancements, but an E58 360 was still a pretty potent small block. If you own an F-Body, we encourage you to bring it to Carlisle this year for a blowout party, ‘70s style!

This celebration is a little outside of our norm, but when the folks at the 1971 Plymouth Duster 340 Registry reached out, we were in! We’ve been working with the registry and it looks like our collaborative plan is to keep all of these cars together with certain cars featured under a large tent. It will all take place on the Showfield with all of the cars near each other.

We’re calling ALL 1971 340 Dusters to join us for this anniversary, but if you have one that you think is particularly nice or special in some way, we encourage you to submit an application to have yours considered for the featured display in the tent. We’re not just looking for the best rotisserie restorations. We also look for race cars, Survivors, Day 2 cars, customs and barn finds as well as cars with a cool story, unique options, etc. If you think it’s special, we might, too. 1966 was a pretty special year for the Mopar faithful. The Charger was released (also being featured this year), the entire B-Body line received a refresh and the 426 Hemi was now available in a street car to anyone who wanted one! To commemorate this occasion, we’re curating a display open to any and all factory 1966 Hemi cars.

If you have a cool, factory 1966 Hemi car, we strongly encourage you to submit an application for this featured display. As always, they don’t necessarily need to be perfect, rare and/or all original. We like variety in these displays and we LOVE a car with a good story. If you don’t feel your car is what we want for the Featured Display, you can always be part of the fun and register for the Showfield.

The Imperial turns 100 in 2026 and we think that’s a milestone worth celebrating. We are looking for cars, memorabilia and whatever else we can find to share with the attendees for this feature. If you have an Imperial of any year that you think is worthy of being highlighted in a special display, please submit an application at the link below. If you have Imperial related memorabilia you’d like to display, please contact the Event Manager at EdB@CarlisleEvents.com.

The Imperial was launched as a luxury model to compete with Duesenberg, Cord, Pierce Arrow and others of that ilk. It would become its own brand in 1955 and revert back to a model under the Chrysler brand in 1990. Regardless, Imperial was always at the top of the luxury food chain within the company. Fresh off the 100^th anniversary of Chrysler Corporation, we are using that momentum to keep the early history of the company in the limelight for years to come.

Whoa! We’re talking about the auto industry. What are you thinking? Let’s get your mind out of the gutter and onto the Dodge (and Plymouth) trucks, vans and SUVs of the ‘70s where it belongs. If you didn’t know, Dodge had an advertising and marketing campaign that began in 1976 called “Adult Toys” and it was all about the aforementioned vehicles. Even without the edgy marketing, these were some of the coolest vehicles of the era and we’re excited to celebrate them!

While the campaign was active in the mid to late ‘70s, we’re open to any truck, van, Ramcharger or Trailduster from 1972 to 1980. Ideally, we’re looking to feature the unique packages that were offered during those years but we’re open to anything from those years. Sure, we want a Li’l Red Express and a Warlock, but we’re really looking for the lesser-known packages like the Palamino, Midnight Express, Pick-M-Up, Top Hand, etc. If you have a cool ’72-’80 truck, van or SUV, we encourage you to apply for the special displays or register for the Showfield.

Building T is a highlight of the show for many attendees each year. While we will have some themed displays in there as always, we will also have a showcase of Mopars that can be anything and everything that’s eligible for the show. From the first Dodge in 1914 to the latest offerings, if it’s a domestic Chrysler brand and you think it’s worthy of being featured, then we encourage you to submit an application.

Not only are we looking for Mopars that stand above the crowd in terms of quality, we are always looking for ones that are unique for some reason, have a special story or somehow make it different than the “average” vehicle. A Mopar with a unique or bizarre feature, a great story or something special about its history will almost always have an advantage when it comes to being featured at the Carlisle Chrysler Nationals.

Not only has the Northeast Hemi Owners Association (NeHOA) been around for 50 years, they were at the first Chrysler event at Carlisle, then called Chryslers @ Carlisle. And not only were they there, but they were also instrumental in getting the event started by helping with the operations in the beginning. We all owe them a debt of gratitude for their efforts. Who knows what the show would be like today if they hadn’t stepped up? It didn’t stop there, either. The NeHOA was a big part of getting Richard Petty to Carlisle…TWICE!!

To celebrate 50 years of this organization as well as their continued participation and support of Carlisle, we are throwing a party for them in and around Building Y. They will fill the building with select vehicles from their members and they will have their Club Tent and an outdoor display across from the building. Be sure to check out the display and say thank you to one of the original clubs. The entire Mopar world was shocked and saddened by the passing of Mopar Survivors founder Mel Major. His sons Gregg and Ken have committed to continuing the legacy created by their father more than 20 years ago. Having Mel’s sons fill their father’s shoes is the best possible scenario for this iconic display.

If you have a Mopar that’s at least 25 years old and retains a minimum of 85% of its original, assembly line parts (including paint), then we encourage you to submit it for this world-class display. Carlisle Events and the Major family are committed to carrying on the Mopar Survivors Display to the same level as Mel. For true automotive enthusiasts and collectors, Early-Bird Shopping Thursday is a hidden gem! While many guests arrive Friday of the event, seasoned attendees know that some of the best shopping deals happen during vendor set-up on Thursday. OK, so now it’s not a secret, because we want everyone to benefit from this special opportunity! 

Explore the automotive flea market and car corral before the car show crowds arrive and hunt for your treasured parts, tools or vehicles! Though the car show isn’t in full swing just yet and vendors are still setting up, many are already set up and ready to sell – giving you early and exclusive access to sought-after parts, collectibles and vehicles. Just imagine, first pick! Enjoy food concessions and event branded merchandise for sale too!

If you’re coming to the Carlisle Chrysler Nationals to look at the classic and collector cars on the Showfield, don’t forget, not far from those rides are an amazing mix of automotive flea market (a.k.a. swap meet) and midway vendors.  

Mix in the Oasis, offering some non-automotive items and a food court laced with some of the tastiest fare available and you get one of the largest vending footprints of its type anywhere.

Part of what makes Chrysler Nationals what it is, are the clubs that attend! If your club is not yet deemed an Officially Recognized Club, the first step is to apply. Officially Recognized Clubs have the ability to rent a club tent as a place to hang out and socialize throughout the show!

If your club gets a club tent, you also have the chance to compete in our Hemmings Club Challenge & Coolest Club Contest! The Hemmings Club Challenge Award is presented to the five largest official clubs, based on the number of registered show vehicles. The Coolest Club Contest is based on if we feel like your club tent is the place we'd want to hangout in. Whether that be the atmosphere, decorations, or anything else that makes the club stand out!

We believe that one of the most honorable awards you can get at the Carlisle Chrysler Nationals is a Celebrity Choice Award. But do you really know what a Celebrity Choice award means? The deemed "celebrities" are notable people in our hobby, such as special guest, engineers who were the visionaries on the cars you love, to club leaders who make it their mission to bring people to the event each year. Getting a Celebrity Choice award is a true honor because that celebrity is picking one car out of the whole Showfield that means something to them. It's not the traditional judging, as there is no point scoring, but a personal reason behind why someone likes your car. 

Celebrity Choice selections takes place on Saturday of the show. Celebrities will walk the grounds to find that one car that gets their pick. You will know you are a winner right away, because there will be a special sticker on your car, as well as a document that notifies you that you won. Your autographed award will be available for pickup on Sunday!

The show may officially begin on Friday but the fun starts on Thursday with the Kick-Off to Carlisle party hosted by Mopar Rebellion. It is held at the Carlisle Expo Center and starts at 4PM. The Carlisle Expo Center is a block west of the Fairgrounds and is easily accessible by foot. If driving to the kick-off, you can input 100 K St., Carlisle, PA 17013 into your GPS.

The Kick-Off features inexpensive food, music, great Mopars and more. It is free for participants and spectators! There’s no judging – just fun with well over 400 cars. Be sure to arrive early before all of the spots are gone.

On Saturday of Carlisle Chrysler Nationals, visit the track to get your fix for tire burning excitement during the Rolling Burnout and Donut Contest!

This contest will feature multiple ways to get your burnout going. Participants can chose from the following:

1. Do a rolling burnout down the track!
2. Do a donut on the fresh donut pad!
3. Do a wicked rolling burnout into a donut onto the pad! 

The contest is limited to 10 contestants and sign-ups will begin Friday at Guest Services. You must be a registered participant at the show and provide your driver’s license & insurance card when signing up.

This year, be sure to participate in the Autocross Real Street Shootout, taking place Friday of event weekend. It will begin with check-in followed by a driver's meeting and tech inspection. 

If you think you and your car have what it takes to compete in the shootout, signup for the contest at Guest Services starting on Friday. This activity is a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to sign-up when you get here! The top three finishers will receive a trophy and will each get a cash payout! If you want to have some fun on the track, this is your chance…and it’s FREE!!

Participants must have a registered (and street legal) car on the Chrysler Nationals Showfield, be 18 years of age or older and have a valid license and insurance. Refer to the Event Guide for the official time (published two weeks prior to the event). Participants are REQUIRED to bring their own helmets for safety. You will be unable to participate if you don't have one. 

Approved helmets are REQUIRED. Helmets must have one of the following SNELL FOUNDATION certifications: “SA2020, SA2015, SA2010* & SAH2010*; or M2020, M2015, M2010*; or EA2016. Helmets must have the original Snell certification labels affixed. A SNELL foundation rating of “K” (karting) is NOT allowed at this event. A helmet with DOT approval is NOT sufficient without also having one of the SNELL certifications listed above.*NOTE: Helmets with Snell “SA2010”, SAH2010”, or “M2010” certification must have an original manufacture date sticker affixed with a manufacture date less than ten (10) years old.

*Due to safety concerns, stock height SUVS and trucks may be excluded from the contest.

It seems as though the RAMCHARGERS enjoy being at Carlisle as much as we enjoy having them at the show and for that reason we call them our “friends” rather than special guests. Even though they have become regulars at the Chrysler Nationals we can’t forget what this group has done for our hobby. They were pioneers on the track and in the office. They truly are legends in the Mopar world and we are honored to have them at the show each year. RC Car Giveaway & Kids Cash Grab- Kids 12 and under can sign-up to potentially win an RC Car! When signing up for the giveaway, they are also eligible to be chosen for the Kid's Cash Grab. The Giveaway sign-up is located in Guest Services. Winners of the RC Car & kids selected for the Cash Grab will be contacted via phone!

Has your day at the car show made you hungry…or even thirsty?  Our variety of concessionaires have a great mix of culinary delights.  From breakfast to lunch, late afternoon bites, snacks, desserts, and more, a Carlisle car show experience delivers a wide variety of food options across the fairgrounds to keep you going all day.  The on-site food court, food trucks, and pop up concession vendors offer everything from pizza, to BBQ, burgers and dogs, chicken tenders, PA Dutch favorites and more.  Plus, there are tasty treats like ice cream, smoothies, kettle corn, and pretzels, too.

Grab a quick snack between rows or take a break under the grandstand—no matter your taste, there’s something for everyone.  Carlisle Events proudly serves Pepsi products, plus tea, lemonade, water, and even drinks for those 21+.  Even better, most concession stands open early (around 6:30 AM), so you can start your day right and stay fueled throughout your day!

If you're pursuing a career in the automotive world, the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation (CMAF) has a new opportunity with your name on it.  The Chip Miller Memorial Scholarship is designed to support students who share Chip Miller’s passion for the automotive industry.  Whether you're in high school, college, graduate school, or a trade program, you’re invited to apply during our next cycle, which should open up late in 2026 to support the 2027 awards.

Chip Miller—co-founder of Carlisle Events and lifelong car enthusiast—left behind a legacy fueled by community, kindness, and automotive excitement. In his honor, the CMAF is proud to offer multiple $1,000 scholarships, with winners announced June 1, 2026.  To donate and help expand these opportunities, scan the QR code or visit ChipMiller.org.

The Carlisle PA Fairgrounds is a large footprint that can be a challenge at times, even for the most experienced attendee. 82 acres, 16+ miles of paved roadway, vendors and cars everywhere…it’s easy to understand how you may start wondering to yourself “where did I see that part or car I want to buy?” “How do I get my purchase from its space to my truck?” “How am I going to do this?” 

Never fear, because we’ve compiled a helpful list of ways that enhance your on-site experience at Carlisle! Thanks for joining us and enjoy your time at the show!

1. BRING CASH - The more the better. It’s hard to negotiate a deal without being able to pay.
2. WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES - It’s a lot of walking.
3. SUN BLOCK/DRINK LIQUIDS - You’ll be in the sun all day. It’s important to protect yourself and stay hydrated, especially if your weekend outdoors is your first prolonged exposure to the sun for the year.
4. REMEMBER THE SPACE - Take a picture of the space location or write it down. Every space at Carlisle has a disk to designate the space. Look down and you’ll see the space marker. Write down the letter and number. Don’t try to remember the space or the surrounding area. You’ll spend the rest of the day looking for it.
5. COME EARLY - Rare parts and great deals typically happen for the first person to find them. Set up day(s) and the first day of the event are for the serious shoppers.
6. ACT FAST - If you see a great deal, grab it. If you plan to come back later, it will probably be gone.
7. NEGOTIATE - It’s a flea market so don’t be afraid to make a REASONABLE offer.
8. EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED - Chances are good that you will find something you weren’t planning to find, so keep your eyes open.
9. LOOK EVERYWHERE - Even if you are looking for parts for your brand of vehicle, don’t walk past the vendor selling parts for other models or generations just because you assume there’s no way the vendor has what you want. Give their space a look too. They might not only have it, it may be cheap since it’s not what they typically sell.
10. USE THE CARLISLE EVENTS APP - Use the FREE Carlisle Events app to easily find your way back to a vendor (if you know the row and space). You can also use it to check activity schedules, register for other events, connect with fellow enthusiasts via social media, browse a digital copy of the event guide and more.
11. STAY LATE – There are always deals at Carlisle, but sometimes the best ones happen early on day 1 of a show, or late on its final day. Vendors are typically more willing to negotiate when they are packing up – especially large items.
12. BRING A SHOPPING LIST - Our memories aren’t as good as we think. Write it down. You can even make a list on your phone. Take pictures of what you need.
13. BRING A BAG, CART, ETC. - Parts will get heavy so have a way to carry your purchases. Ask the seller if you can leave heavy parts until later.
14. HAVE IT HAULED - Carlisle Events offers FREE* parts hauling. Keep that in mind if you’re looking at an engine, transmission, truck bed, etc.
15. FREE TAXI SERVICE – Need to get from point A to point B but don’t feel like walking it? Carlisle Events offers a FREE* taxi service. Dial 717-960-6429 to secure a ride. 
16. ASK! - If someone has parts for a vehicle but not the ones you need, ask if the seller has it. It might still be in his truck or at home. Even if he doesn’t, he might know someone who does.
17. KNOW THE VALUE - Do some homework on the parts you’re looking for so you know if the price is a good deal.
18. AVOID THE CROWDS - When you arrive, go to an out-of-the-way area to start rather than following the herd.
19. WALK IT ALL - Don’t miss any rows. The Carlisle Fairgrounds isn’t a perfect grid so make sure you hit every row and space.
20. ADVERTISE - Wear a hat, shirt or signboard that spotlights what you’re looking for.  It just might create a conversation, especially if what you’re searching for is obscure and/or rare. 

*While parts hauling and taxi service are free, donations are graciously accepted.  Donated money goes directly to the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation. 

Did you find your name on this year's winners list? If so, you are invited to participate in the Awards Presentation in front of the stage on Sunday. The first step is to go to Guest Services starting at 9AM on Sunday to pick up your award. Those that win and wish to participate in the Awards Presentation will parade their car in front of the Grandstand to be announced and to get photos.

Professional photography is available at the Awards Presentation and pictures are available for purchase under the Grandstand. Please refer to the Event Guide for the official time (published two weeks prior to the event).

If you cannot attend the presentation, your award can be picked up Sunday between 9AM-12PM at Guest Services. After the show you may pick up your award during regular business hours at the fairgrounds, request to have your award shipped for a fee, or pick it up at any Carlisle Events Show up until one year after the event.

Carlisle Events hasn’t forgotten that sometimes it’s nice to take a break from automotive shopping. Join our amazing vendors and artisans selling items such as handmade crafts, jewelry and accessories, kitchen must-haves, unique clothing, treats to temp you, scents to relax you, beauty products and so much more! Done shopping? The tent is also home to some incredibly, and often tasty, seminars and special services offered by the vendors. A non-denominational worship service is held at 9:00AM Sunday morning. We welcome you to join us for the service led by the Salvation Army and our partners-in-faith. Coffee and donuts available. Sunday at Carlisle offers FREE parking in any Carlisle operated parking lot. Additionally, if you had purchased an event ticket from a prior day, bring it back in on Sunday and get in for FREE (or pay regular admission without an event ticket from prior day)!
